About the Role We are seeking a Director of Finance to serve as the most senior financial leader of our 14-person MedTech startup building the Digital Twin for Healthcare. You will work directly with the CEO and CSO to shape the company’s commercial DNA, architect complex regional deal structures, and lead our $10M+ Series A and beyond. This is a high-impact, high-intensity leadership role requiring both strategic depth and hands-on execution. Role Summary | 職位摘要 The Accounting Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, and supporting the finance team during month-end and year-end closings. This role involves managing international transactions and supporting capital-related activities. 會計專員負責維護準確的財務記錄、處理日常交易，並在月結及年結期間提供支援。此職位亦包含處理國際貿易往來與協助公司增資等資本活動。 Key Responsibilities | 主要職責 International Transactions Payments | 國際交易與貨款處理:Handle cross-border transactions and international payments, including wire transfers and LC (Letter of Credit). 處理進出口及國內外跨境交易，包含國際電匯、信用狀等支付作業。Manage foreign currency exchange reconciliations and monitor exchange rate fluctuations. 管理外匯帳務核銷，並監控匯率波動對帳務之影響。Capital Funding Support | 增資與融資支援:Assist in the documentation and accounting procedures for investor capital injections (capital increases). 協助處理投資人增資之相關文件準備及會計帳務處理。Coordinate with legal or secretarial teams for statutory filings related to capital changes. 配合法務或工商代理部門，處理與資本額變更相關的法定申報。AP AR Management | 應收/應付帳款管理:Manage full-cycle AP/AR and ensure timely reconciliation of vendor and client accounts. 管理應收/應付帳款全流程，並確保供應商與客戶帳務之準確對帳。Compliance Tax | 合規與稅務:Prepare VAT and corporate tax filings; ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. 準備營業稅與所得稅申報，確保符合國內外會計準則。Preferred Qualifications (Plus) | 加分項目:Experience in cross-border/international trade and foreign exchange handling. 具備國內對國外交易及外匯處理經驗者優佳。Experience in handling capital injection/increase procedures with investors. 有處理過投資人增資流程及帳務者優佳。Familiarity with international payment methods and collection processes. 熟悉國際貨款支付與催收流程者優佳。

Job Summary: You are responsible for contributing to the development of AI/ML solutions that will drive the innovation of our product offering. This entails understanding and AI model building, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of various AI/ML models in addressing various opportunities in the medical field. A proven track record of building AI projects over the past five years is essential. Job Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end ML projects from data engineering, machine learning model development/data analytics to deployment.Scope end-to-end requirements to ensure an efficient implementation of AI products.Work with the team to scope AI use cases and make sure that data is made available for analysis, articulate the needs of data scientists in the early stage of the project.Monitor AI project deployments, proactively identify risks, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues.Work with the engineering team to design, execute, and monitor product experiments.Document and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
