Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly cloud & SaaS billing (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit payment requests, track invoice status
  • Monitor contract & license expiry and coordinate renewals
  • Maintain service and vendor master records
  • Support budget tracking and quarterly cost forecast
  • Liaise with Finance, Procurement, and Legal on payment & contract matters
  • Provide general admin support (meeting minutes, approval follow-ups, claims)
  • Any adhocs task

応募条件

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 2–4 years experience in PA/ Purchaser / Finance Admin / Account cum Admin
  • Familiar with invoice processing & vendor/internal department coordination
  • Strong Excel skills and good documentation ability
  • Detail-oriented, organized, strong follow-up skills
  • Experience in a tech/cloud environment is an advantage
