Job Descriptions: Identify project opportunities and create idea or concept study to verify the selected project to be proposed to stakeholders.Conduct detailed feasibility study to next development phase by analyzing the cost & benefit attributes.Develop investment proposal (report & presentation) as inputs for stakeholder's decision-making process.Execute and monitor the progress of the approved investment proposal based on its's schedule, scope of work and revision.

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers both locally and globally. Evaluate them based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery performanceSupport the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day supplier communications, handling queries, and ensuring alignment with company expectations for quality, pricing, and delivery.

Carry out routine activities to support operational activities and to monitor Cross-Functional projects at Sinar Mas Land that are currently running, as follows:Project Schedule Monitoring.Management Report.Project Cost Report.S/BU KPI Tracking for Project Milestones & Pipelines.FS Realization Tracking and Monitoring.Creation of Project Master Data in SAP.
