Sinar Mas Land Graduate Development Program is a 2-year career acceleration program to prepare top graduates becoming our next-generation leaders by working hand-in-hand with high-performing team to answer complex business challenges and bring transformation across our diverse line of businesses. Job Descriptions:

• Identify project opportunities and create idea or concept study to verify the selected project to be proposed to stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed feasibility study to next development phase by analyzing the cost & benefit attributes.
• Develop investment proposal (report & presentation) as inputs for stakeholder's decision-making process.
• Execute and monitor the progress of the approved investment proposal based on its's schedule, scope of work and revision.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduates with maximum 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
• GPA of at least 3.25 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Maximum age: 24 for Bachelor’s (S1), 26 for Master’s (S2).
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sharp business acumen.
• Organizational or internship experience is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
