RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor daily operation, manpower planning, controlling of maintenance plans in provision
of aircraft cabin maintenance
2. Review the team’s plans and ensure no overruns in regular cabin maintenance programs
3. Coordinate with other departments/sections to ensure efficient operation of his/her
sections
4. Lead the investigation of customer complaints, Quality audits, and any other reports, taking
the necessary corrective actions
5. Prepare reports and represent the department to attend weekly and monthly meetings with
stakeholders
6. General administration, supervision, control, and discipline of staff under his/her charge
7. Reviewing and implementing work processes to improve efficiency
8. Prepare management papers for equipment, toolings and vehicle purchases for his/her
department use
9. Such other duties as assigned to him by the Manager Cabin Line Services
