We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Material Planning Analyst to join our growing company. You are responsible for planning and forecasting the right materials with the operational division. Maintains strong relationships both with internal stakeholders and external vendors & service providers to ensure supply of materials meets requirements.
Reporting to Manager Materials Management of any potential disruption to the material supply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop plans, forecasts and schedules relating to materials required to meet operational requirements
- Review data integrity for the Bill of Materials (BOM) with operational division and evaluate usage and cost of materials
- Undertake detailed and comprehensive analysis on material costs and identify opportunities to reduce material from turning into slow moving or obsolete and make recommendations
- Monitor data input to any Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or Stock Optimization system or IT system for accuracy and resolve any issues as required
- Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
- Track inventory trends
- Publish inventory reports and updates to others in the organization
応募条件
- A Degree from a recognized university majoring in Inventory Management or Supply Chain with at least 3 years working experience
- Relevant industry experience either in material planning, logistics or supply chain ideally in the aerospace industry
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP and stock optimization systems will be an added advantage
