客艙維護營運專員 | Cabin Maintenance Operation Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor daily operation, manpower planning, controlling of maintenance plans in provision

of aircraft cabin maintenance

2. Review the team’s plans and ensure no overruns in regular cabin maintenance programs

3. Coordinate with other departments/sections to ensure efficient operation of his/her

sections

4. Lead the investigation of customer complaints, Quality audits, and any other reports, taking

the necessary corrective actions

5. Prepare reports and represent the department to attend weekly and monthly meetings with

stakeholders

6. General administration, supervision, control, and discipline of staff under his/her charge

7. Reviewing and implementing work processes to improve efficiency

8. Prepare management papers for equipment, toolings and vehicle purchases for his/her

department use

9. Such other duties as assigned to him by the Manager Cabin Line Services

1. Good Honors Degree, preferably in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics

Engineering)

2. Possess strong leadership and operational skills with an analytical and innovative mind

3. Self-starter with a customer mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Independent and resourceful, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment and

be a great team player

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

6. Previous experience in aircraft cabin maintenance would be an advantage.
