Network Strategy & Solution Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Network Strategy & Solutions to work on network-level problem solving and solution implementation across Shopee’s large-scale logistics network.

This role focuses on addressing end-to-end and structural network performance issues rather than day-to-day operational problems. You will work on complex, ambiguous topics related to lead time, cost, and capacity, using data and structured thinking to design solutions and help drive them through execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving hard problems, connecting the dots across systems, and seeing ideas turn into real impact at scale.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze network data to provide analytical insights to reach Operation Excellence.
• Adopt advanced analytics and unlock predictive/optimization potential in key areas of network management.
• Design and implement solution projects (e.g., model design, development, deployment).

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Research, Economics, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Proven experience in tech consulting, supply chain, economics, quantitative modeling or similar roles.
• Resilient and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Open-minded and adaptable, with a strong willingness to challenge existing ways of working and drive change.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, able to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions.
• Excellent modeling skills (python, R, matlab…) .
• Experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, or multi-region supply chains.
• Exposure to supply–demand planning, inventory optimization, or network-related topics.
