Job Description

  • Partnership Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partners that align with Shopee’s campaign, product, and user acquisition/retention objectives.
  • Business Model Structuring: Propose and structure deal models that deliver win-win outcomes, balancing user value, business impact, and partner ROI.
  • Negotiation & Stakeholder Alignment: Support deal negotiations, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to align on deliverables, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Contract Facilitation: Coordinate closely with Legal and Finance teams to draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring compliance and clarity of obligations.
  • Partner Integration: Oversee the end-to-end process of integrating partners into Shopee’s product or tech workflows, including offer setup, system alignment, and operational readiness.
  • Marketing Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams to co-develop campaign plans with partners across online and offline channels, ensuring brand alignment and impactful execution.
  • Project Execution & Tracking: Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth execution and issue resolution across internal departments.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Document project outcomes, analyze performance, and share learnings to improve future partnerships and integration processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, marketing strategy, or commercial roles.
  • Experienced in marketing campaigns, preferably in partnership co-marketing campaigns.  
  • Analytical capabilities and critical thinking for evaluating deal and/or campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with solid understanding of deal components—legal, financial, operational.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in google suites products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Direct experience in ecommerce, banking or tech field.
  • Direct experience in credit card management and or loyalty program management
