Responsibilities:

  • Own product planning and lead product decision-making, maintaining a rolling 3-month roadmap that balances business priorities, platform evolution, and developer capacity.
  • Lead requirement definition by clearly framing problems, defining scope, and ensuring alignment with developer teams before development starts.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, system scalability, operational needs, and user value.
  • Drive product execution from planning to release, proactively tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving blockers in collaboration with developers.
  • Work closely with developer teams to validate technical feasibility, system dependencies, and implementation approach.
  • Prepare structured updates and report roadmap status, delivery progress, and key risks to leadership stakeholders.
  • Ensure features are delivered with a clear focus on performance, scalability, usability, and security.
  • Define success metrics and track product performance post-release to guide future prioritization.


職務需求

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in platform-based products, gaming platforms, fintech, or high-scale digital services.

• Proven experience planning short- to mid-term product roadmaps in fast-paced environments.

• Strong experience working directly with developer teams on requirement definition and delivery tracking.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive alignment and make prioritization decisions.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining clear delivery visibility.

• Experience reporting product progress and risks to stakeholders or management.

• Solid understanding of Agile processes and product lifecycle management.

• Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into actionable product plans.

• Experience using backlog management tools such as Jira.

• Comfortable working in complex, operationally intensive environments.

● Native Mandarin speaker with working proficiency in English for cross-regional communication.

Please complete the following short assignment to help us understand your product thinking and prioritization approach.

This task is designed to be practical and should not take more than 2–3 hours to complete.

Scenario

You have just joined a company that operates a mobile-first online platform with the following characteristics:

  • Users can register, deposit funds, and access multiple third-party services within the platform
  • The company is expanding into new markets
  • There are ongoing issues related to user conversion and platform stability
  • The business team frequently requests new features
  • The developer team has limited capacity

Task

Part 1 – Identify Priorities

Based on the scenario above:

• What would be your top 3 product priorities in the first 3 months?
• Why do you prioritize them?

Part 2 – Execution Thinking

Choose ONE priority and explain:

• What problem you are solving
• How you would define the scope
• What risks you foresee
• How you would track progress

Part 3 – Stakeholder Communication

Assume a key feature is delayed by 2 weeks due to technical complexity.

• How would you communicate this to stakeholders?
