Automation Test Leader

Reco's client is a big IT outsourcing company in Viet Nam. They are looking for an experienced and passionate Mobile Automation Test Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of their mobile products. You will also collaborate with other teams to improve the testing process and deliver high-quality software solutions to their global clients.

1. Responsibilities

- Understand client domain knowledge, and implement all testing activities independently and effectively to provide or improve the software quality

- Explore the client’s product, analyze the client's business and leverage the technical expertise of the company’s resources and technology advantage to recommend testing strategy, testing process, testing technologies, and tools to use.

- Work directly with the project team and client on daily assignments:

- Join daily/weekly meetings with the client

- Review requirements, specifications, and test artifacts to provide timely and meaningful feedback

- Estimate testing effort and prioritize assigned tasks

- Develop, maintain, and execute tests

- Report, track, and monitor defects

- Collect data and report status

- Analyze the root causes and address issues in terms of testing quality

- Coordinate various work activities and stakeholders to deliver products of high quality and on time

2. Requirements

- Good knowledge of software development process, software testing process, and testing methodologies

- Good knowledge of Automation testing, API testing, Performance testing, Database testing, Security testing, and Mobile testing.

- Experience in test strategy, test heuristics, test plan, and test techniques including black box, risk-base, Exploratory, Non-UI testing

- Willingness to learn new processes, techniques, and tools

- Good at analyzing information objectively and making reasonable decisions

- Able to perform all kinds of testing effectively and independently

- Able to perform tasks under high pressure

- Quick learning, good presentation, and experience in working with English-speaking clients are a plus

- Good client service mindset

- Having lead team experience is a plus point 

- Fluent in English, a big plus if have experience in working directly with global clients
