(German) Senior Field Application Engineer-Automotive Ethernet

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) to provide technical expertise and customer support for our Automotive Ethernet solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring successful product integration, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.

- Understand customer requirements, and deliver technical presentations/workshops, reports, documents and technology demonstrations.

- Support customer product development and design.

- Support customer issue analysis and resolve.

- On-site support for debug or certification test.

- Cross-functional collaboration with Realtek internal resources.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive technical experience in IC design, system integration, or as a Field Application Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Native-level German, professional working proficiency in English, and at least conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
