Web3 Senior Advertising Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advertising Operations Specialist to build the next-generation global advertising monetization system for P2P tool products. This role will lead the strategic design and revenue optimization of the advertising ecosystem for products like BitTorrent/uTorrent, creating high-yield, low-interference commercialization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement global advertising monetization systems and revenue growth strategies, establishing data-driven decision-making mechanisms.
2. Lead the integration, deployment, performance optimization, and stability assurance of advertising platforms (e.g., AdMob/AdManager) and SDKs.
3. Drive upgrades to advertising technology architecture, focusing on programmatic bidding (Header Bidding) and hybrid waterfall architectures.
4. Design advertising resource allocation strategies in distributed network environments, balancing user experience and monetization efficiency.
5. Explore new technologies for advertising monetization in tool products and implement scalable solutions through A/B testing.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Advertising, Economics, or Data Science.
2. At least 5 years of experience in advertising operations for tool products, with hands-on experience in monetization for both mobile (App) and desktop (PC/Mac/Web) platforms.
3. Proficiency in operating major advertising platforms with extensive deployment and optimization experience.
4. Experience in advertising operations for overseas ToC products, with familiarity in Western user behavior and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).
5. Strong decision-making skills, capable of balancing revenue maximization and user experience.
6. Preferred qualifications (meet at least two):

• Proficient in SQL/Python or other data analysis tools.
• Experience in designing anti-fraud mechanisms for advertising.
• Successfully led projects achieving a 30%+ increase in eCPM.
