Responsible for technical product sales Learn and understand company’s products and services Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customers and/or prospective customers Acquire and manage projects or regular maintenance order of products Maintain good relationship with customers Attend after-sales support calls and service activities Perform on-site testing services Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to prepare sales and marketing related material Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information Develop and maintain good relationships with customers Job Requirements: Candidate must have at least a bachelor degree any major minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field preferred Must have spoken and written english, prefer in mandarin Must have experience with garment industry Able to deliver presentation to customer and integrate technical knowledge and selling skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Good in pricing and negotiating skills Has own transport and willing to travel Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

1. Responsible for completing the on-site implementation of the company's software sales to customers 2. Responsible for demand research and pre-sales support of the implemented software 3. Assist the project manager to control the progress and quality of the project to ensure that the implemented project is completed as planned 4. Responsible for completing the preparation of project implementation documents 5. Responsible for completing the review work of related projects and writing related solutions 6. Responsible for collecting project requirements and providing feedback to superiors and relevant project stakeholders 7. Responsible for completing customer training work for the project 8. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors
