• Provide customer support primarily through call, email, chat or other channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and delivering timely responses to customers' queries or concerns in accordance with predetermined parameters
• Resolves customer inquiries and prioritizes customer satisfaction by putting their needs first
• Demonstrate good written and communication skills in English (and other relevant languages as required), ensuring clarity, accuracy and professionalism

职务需求

- Education min. D3 with min. GPA 2.75.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Active English with a minimum B2 level CEFR with good pronunciation and clear articulation is required
- Have a strong service mindset, multitasking and able to understand customer problems well
- Willing to work 24 shifting
