We are looking for a logistics manager who can assist our current manager in logistics and financial processes.Tasks/Responsibilities
QuickBooks Management (invoicing, delivery notes, inventory)Close communication with clients (coordination of deliveries, invoicing etc.) Payment management (following up payments, defining credit limits and payment conditions for clients) Coordination with external accountants (providing required information to external accounting company for monthly or annual tax reports)Inventory management of products Import management (taking care of importing shipments, e.g., from India, or China)General Administration (assisting to MD, Regional Sales Manager)Local ProcurementCost control management
