Logistics Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a logistics manager who can assist our current manager in logistics and financial processes.
Tasks/Responsibilities
- QuickBooks Management (invoicing, delivery notes, inventory)
- Close communication with clients (coordination of deliveries, invoicing etc.)
- Payment management (following up payments, defining credit limits and payment conditions for clients)
- Coordination with external accountants (providing required information to external accounting company for monthly or annual tax reports)
- Inventory management of products
- Import management (taking care of importing shipments, e.g., from India, or China)
- General Administration (assisting to MD, Regional Sales Manager)
- Local Procurement
- Cost control management
Requirements
- Very good English level
- Good communication skills
- Experience with accounting/ customer service or logistics
- At least 2 years working experience in B-to-B business
- Bali based
