General Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field
- Has a good illustrations
- Leading the creative process, monitor team performance/ QC, solve problems and provide input to the creative team
- Strong leadership and communication skills to align team objectives and inspire creatives
- A firm grasp on trends in design and marketing, applying them to strategy and output
- Mastery in using design software and a solid portfolio showcasing creative accomplishments
