Calculate the required shutter/steel door materials for production and ensure that data input into the SAP WMS system is accurate and functioning properly.Responsible for monitoring raw material and component stock levels, ensuring smooth production processes by minimizing material shortages.Prepare production plans and communicate them with the production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.Prepare monthly reports related to production results, including data analysis and monitoring of target achievements.Ensure that required raw materials are available as per production needs and avoid any delays.Control and verify that production processes comply with approved working drawings.Collaborate with other departments such as production, warehouse, and purchasing to ensure the smooth flow of the production process.

Maintenance project Conduct approaches to consultants, architects, and developers to ensure the company’s products are specified in project requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners.Deliver technical product presentations, including specifications, advantages, and applications.Provide technical solutions based on project needs (custom products/designs).Identify new project opportunities and monitor project developments.Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams regarding project requirements.Support the tender process by ensuring the company’s products are included in specification documents.Prepare regular reports on visit activities and project progress.Conduct market and competitor analysis for similar products.
