- Maintenance project
- Conduct approaches to consultants, architects, and developers to ensure the company’s products are specified in project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Deliver technical product presentations, including specifications, advantages, and applications.
- Provide technical solutions based on project needs (custom products/designs).
- Identify new project opportunities and monitor project developments.
- Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams regarding project requirements.
- Support the tender process by ensuring the company’s products are included in specification documents.
- Prepare regular reports on visit activities and project progress.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for similar products.
応募条件
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing and sales
- Proficient in English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willing to be placed in North Bekasi and to participate in the recruitment process offline
- Preferably non-Hijab & Muslim (for Lebaran backup).
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry.
- Familiar with AutoCAD or other technical drawing.
