Demand Planner Assistant Manager

Managing S&OP Planners ; responsible for demand management activities with customers and products all categories to meet and beat forecast accuracy objectives by :

1. Propose demand forecasts at multiple levels of granularity for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning process lead by S&OP Section Head
2. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results to ensure high quality demand forecast
3. Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
4. Provide input in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
5. Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring inventory health, stock availability according to the forecasted demand.
6. Ensure Supply Continuity while minimizing LOGD risks.

1. Bachelor degree Indutrial Engineering
2. Proven experiencen as a Demand Planner for at least 5 Years
3. Strong understanding and capabilities regarding supply chain and
4. Forecast and production scheduling
5. Able to work under pressure
