- Determine the best concept visually keeping on brief and managing the ideation
- Develop detail budgets and timeline
- Analyze market trends, brand’s guideline, and the competitive landscape for any visual concepting
- Develop the overall look or style of a publication and an advertising campaign
- Cooperate with the creative team (graphic designers, editors, copywriter, etc) across different type of media
- Review, approve, and amended designs, artwork, photography, and graphics develop by other staff member
- Discuss with client or project leader to develop an artistic approach and style
- Allocates which photograph, art, and other design elements to use on the project

Yêu cầu
- Male or female, 20 - 28 years old
- 1-2 years experience as an Art Director proven by strong portfolio
- Excellent in communication skills to ensure all team members understand and conduct a productive brainstorming session
- Proficient in Mac and Adobe CS applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, and InDesign)
- Incorporate feedback and take or give direction well
- Has leadership experience
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
