Job Description

  1. Oversee the HR functions of the company
  2. Process HR Administration including personnel administration and office administration
  3. Working closely with all department acting as procurement function for entire office matter
  4. Import Export Process, Custom clearance process and related regulations such as: PIB/PEB, Import Regulations and restrictions (PI, PERTEK, LARTAS, etc.), HS Code, Customs audit, Manifest, etc
  5. Responsible for all Import and Export duties, including labeling, customs clearance, shipment tracking, etc.

Requirements

  1. Background in HR, Admin & EXIM
  2. Proficient in English (Oral & Written) should be required
