Daily and monthly verification and processing of employee attendance, including leave requests.Processing onboarding procedures for new employees, including fingerprint registration and documentation.doingfor all the Termination, Adoptions, Recruiting, Salary Payment & process, and indiscipline issue regarding to Employee obidienceProcessing employment contracts for new hires and extensions.Maintaining communication with external parties such as government agencies, job seeker platforms, and vendors.Processing overtime, salary slips, employee health insurance (BPJS), and branch payroll.Responsible to prepare all things related to the new employee needed such as data personnel, workstation, name card, nameplate, access IT, office equipment.Update the personnel data record (new staff, resigned staff, etc) on soft copy fileHandle the personnel administration files’ hard copy.Handle employee insurance (report a new member / deduct member to Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) for internshipHandle incoming invoice & processing related HRGA. Prepare the payment for supplier/vendor, work with FinanceArrange of car pickup and hotel for overseas guests, handle booking air ticket for employee’s travelResponsible to manage and supervise security, helper, driver and close coordination with all related vendorsPerforming building maintenance tasks.Processing onboarding procedures for new employees, including fingerprint registration and documentation.Ensuring the probation assessment process and review of employee work contracts are in accordance with the provisionsRecruitment for internshipAssisting HR Manager with additional tasks within relevant competencies and contributing to improvement programs (such as workload analysis, culture management, etc).

Bekerjasama dengan tim penjualan, tim pemasaran, tim desain produk dan pengembangan produk untuk merencanakan metode pemasaran promosi.Membantu merencanakan, menerapkan, mengawasi, dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pemasaran promosi.Melakukan riset pasar untuk menentukan kebutuhan, keinginan, kebiasaan, minat dan faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan target konsumen, yang diperlukan dalam menciptakan promosi pemasaran terperinci.Mengawasi pergerakan pesaing dengan mengidentifikasi dan menilai karakter produk, bagian saham, harga, iklan, dan menyimpan data riset.Merencanakan dan menjadwalkan konten publikasi pemasaran.Menyiapkan konten pemasaran untuk social media perusahaan.Membuat ide-ide baru dan menjalankan optimisasi berkelanjutan untuk kegiatan promosi.Melayani customers dengan baik
