Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Experienced as a Live Streaming Operator for at least 6 months
- Familiar with TikTok
- Understanding of the end-to-end live streaming process
- Experience using OBS software is a plus
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Passion for the entertainment industry is a plus
- Willing to WFO at Cibitung, Bekasi
- Support and manage Talent Live Streaming
- Building character on live streaming
- Making and doing the talents perfomance review
Persyaratan
- Previous experience managing multiple live streaming talents an additional advantage.
- Strong logical thinking skills, good data analysis abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- High learning ability, strong self-motivation, and enthusiasm for the live streaming industry, with deep insights and understanding.
