Key Responsibilities : Process PIB & PEB in time for air freight Process import & export documentsProcess PIB & PEB according to customer requirementsCheck and prepare PIB & PEB draftsEnsure accuracy and on time license processingUpdate information of new regulationsProcess license/permit to external partiesUpdate and inform any new regulations related to Customs process to internal partiesCheck and follow up any new process or inquiry from customers to external parties Coordinate Customs licensingInvoicing, Daily and weekly report Requirements : Maximum 30 years oldMinimum bachelor’s (S1) degree Has minimum 2 year experience in the same positionComprehends Air export-import proceduresHas knowledge of import & export operationsMust have knowledge of PEB & PIBFamiliar with documents of export-import declaration (PEB/PIB) and process of data input to Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) CustomsAble to work individually or in a teamComputer literacy (Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Access, Ms. Outlook)Good at both spoken and written English Having a home or residence around Cengkareng or Tangerang Area
