Air Freight Staff (PIB&PEB)

Key Responsibilities :

• Process PIB & PEB in time for air freight
• Process import & export documents
• Process PIB & PEB according to customer requirements
• Check and prepare PIB & PEB drafts
• Ensure accuracy and on time license processing
• Update information of new regulations
• Process license/permit to external parties
• Update and inform any new regulations related to Customs process to internal parties
• Check and follow up any new process or inquiry from customers to external parties Coordinate Customs licensing
• Invoicing, Daily and weekly report

Requirements :

• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum bachelor’s (S1) degree
• Has minimum 2 year experience in the same position
• Comprehends Air export-import procedures
• Has knowledge of import & export operations
• Must have knowledge of PEB & PIB
• Familiar with documents of export-import declaration (PEB/PIB) and process of data input to Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) Customs
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Access, Ms. Outlook)
• Good at both spoken and written English
