Asst Manager

• Providing Reports
• Develop Plan and Strategies
• Cooperating with the manager and assist to manage the works and supervising the staffs, from project planning to staff management
• Ability to multi - task
• Help the manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations
• Ensure the decisions and instructions by the superior are properly carried out and communicated
• Maintain a high level of integrity by keeping company information confidential
• Acting as an interpreter in meetings when required
• Other responsibilities as needed

• Female, max 30 years old
• Candidate must at least diploma / bachelor in any fields
• Fluent in English, Mandarin will be a plus point
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant to Manager (manufacturing industry will be an advantaged)
• Good communication and analytical skill
• Good problem solving and leadership skill
• Able to operate Ms Office well
• Detail and organized
• Quick learner and fast adaptation
• Able to join immediately
