Producer

Join Cuatrodia Creative, a dynamic creative group agency and production house based in South Jakarta. We are on the lookout for a passionate Producer who is eager to contribute to transformative projects. Our mission is to help brands move forward through well-executed ideas, driven by good design and motion graphics.

In this position, you will: 

• Manage the overall production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, scripts, and production plans.
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure progress aligns with the schedule.
• Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the production process.
• Ensure that the final product meets the quality standards and is delivered within the designated timeframe and budget.
• Communicate regularly with all parties involved, including clients, stakeholders, and production teams.
• Handle any post-production work, including edits, sound mixing, or special effects.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Producer or Project Manager
• Strong understanding of the production process and experience with various stages (pre-production, production, post-production).
• Familiarity with production software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A deep understanding of creative and technical aspects of production.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource management is crucial.
