Art Director

As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding our design projects and ensuring our creative vision comes to life through well-executed ideas and stunning visuals. You will work collaboratively with a talented team dedicated to helping brands communicate in delightful and inspiring ways.

• Proven ability to lead and manage designers for design projects.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative design strategies that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver compelling visual solutions.
• Oversee the design project process, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, be able to sell a concept to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborative mindset with account managers, strategists, and other departments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Knowledge of trends in pop culture, digital media, and advertising.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency environment.
