As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding our design projects and ensuring our creative vision comes to life through well-executed ideas and stunning visuals. You will work collaboratively with a talented team dedicated to helping brands communicate in delightful and inspiring ways.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and manage designers for design projects.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative design strategies that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver compelling visual solutions.
- Oversee the design project process, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, be able to sell a concept to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborative mindset with account managers, strategists, and other departments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Knowledge of trends in pop culture, digital media, and advertising.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency environment.
