Account Executive

Join Cuatrodia Creative, a dynamic creative group agency located in South Jakarta, as an Account Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping brands effectively communicate their stories through innovative design and compelling audiovisual content.

In this position, you will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Coordinate with internal creative, motion house, design house and production teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Assist in the development of creative briefs, proposals, timelines, and project documentation.
• Track project progress, flag potential issues, and proactively seek solutions.
• Support the Account Manager/Director in preparing client presentations, reports, and post-project reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client goals, industries, and competitors to add strategic value.

• Help manage budgets, invoices, and scope changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an account management, client service, or project coordination role—preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or notion) is a plus.
