Monitor and manage daily transactions to comply with bank reconciliation, daily activities of the financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) and ensuring that all major company, month-end, and year-end report are completed accurately and on timeEnsure all journal or posted accounts comply with the Chart of Account (COA).Create five type of financial statement (balance sheet, income statement, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flow, statement of changes in equity, and notes to the financial statement).Create financial data and reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as client, bank, investors, potential investor, and tax authorities.Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.Develop and manage regular, annual, and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the company’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.Assist in accounting ERP system and also develop, implement, and review all strategic SOP and Policy related Finance and Accounting that work to minimize financial risk.Works with other departments to monitor each department and make recommendations to increasing budget efficiency.#VCF2023

Work closely with the product team, including Product Managers, Developers, and team of QA engineers right from the inception of features to design test plans (e.g. functional test, regression test, acceptance test, stress test) on Odoo.Own the communication throughout the sprint/release cycle, as well as the quality and delivery of the entire feature on Odoo.Execute test plans (manual or automate) and analyze the results.Actively analyze, debug, and fix automated tests on a daily basis and raise defects accordinglyReview the testing process, release cycle, testing tools and technologies and suggest improvementsUnderstand business and product requirements; gain a deeper understanding of the product domainDesign and implement automation / regression testing across our entire platformReview project document for all assigned projects to ensure the project requirements are fully defined.#VCF2023
