Telemarketing English Agent

• Obtains client information by making/answering calls; interviewing clients; confirms orders from clients; encourages for the increasing orders; do verifying information.
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

Qualification :

• Maximum 40 years old
• Good speak English, and good communication
• Have experience as Telemarketing/sales/call center for 1 years, and good to use computer
• Willing to work with time & day shifting, and willing to work on National Holidays
• Willing to work given target every day
