Job Description

A-Pioneer Future Leaders Program is a hiring development program designed to develop competent and promising future employees in line with Amartha company's values, competences, and expectations, who will be prepared to become Amartha's next future leaders.

This program offers you the opportunity to develop into an Area Manager. As a Future Area Manager, you will have the chance to support various districts with diverse clients and engage directly in constructive discussions.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • You are a student or recently graduated from Bachelor Degree
  • You must be no older than 25 years old
  • You must have a motor vehicle & driving license (SIM C)
  • You are familiar with google products & microsoft office
  • You are involved in university organizations or communities
  • You are willing to relocate to any Amartha office across Indonesia
  • You are making a firm commitment to take part in the program
  • You are willing to push yourself to make an impact and empower others
