Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil), Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in land transport operations (truck tangki)
- Having experience to handle drivers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and find creative solutions in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
