We are a Financial Software Company specializing in developing market prediction models. HQ in London and looking to hire remote staff in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Skills/Requirements:

The candidate is expected to possess.

• An understanding of the concepts of information systems (IS), data structure and data analytics
• Experience of using SQL and relational databases
• Basic understanding of numerical (computational) models
• In depth knowledge of:
• The principles of object-oriented programming; data structures and algorithms
• Python and a scripting language; R and/or MATLAB
• Jupyter notebook with some experience of using it
• MS Windows and Linux, Version control: basic knowledge of git
• Some experience of (devising and implementing) testing procedures re: unit tests, regression tests

Experience: 2-6 Years

Education: Masters in Computer Science (mandatory)
