Phối hợp với kỹ sư thiết bị/quy trình để xử lý các lỗi thiết bị kéo dài thông qua phương pháp khắc phục sự cố và cải tiến liên tục phù hợp • Carry out investigation; implement containment and permanent corrective action to reduce/eliminate the maverick lots (through teaming effort with equipment/process engineer and supervisors). Tiến hành điều tra; thực hiện các biện pháp kiểm soát và hành động khắc phục lâu dài nhằm giảm thiểu hoặc loại bỏ các lô sản phẩm lỗi (thông qua sự phối hợp với kỹ sư thiết bị/quy trình và các giám sát viên) • Conform to quality system requirement as spelt out in FMEA, Control plan and TCM. Maintain effective records on equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken. Tuân thủ các yêu cầu của hệ thống chất lượng như đã nêu trong FMEA, kế hoạch kiểm soát và TCM. Duy trì hồ sơ hiệu quả trong sổ nhật ký thiết bị về các lỗi thiết bị, quá trình điều tra và hành động khắc phục đã thực hiện. • Effectively communicate often and ensure your area is well coordinated within the manufacturing environment. Job Purpose: Ensuring that all products delivered from a supplier are in compliance with manufacturing specifications and standards.Responsibilities: - Lead Supplier Quality engineering for critical direct materials like lead-frames, ceramic, substrate, tape and reel materials, mold compound, wire, solder paste and etc. - Driving supplier quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement. - Overseeing supplier quality team and establishing quality control objectives. - Performing supplier quality audits, maintaining supplier quality record. - Drive standardization of processes across multiple WW factories SQE/IQA (Material Verification, Supplier Assessments, Qualification, etc.) - Monitor existing suppliers to ensure quality objectives are achieved. - Lead supplier qualification audits and follow-up with suppliers on corrective and prevention actions. - Partner with Global Commodity Managers in reducing cost of materials and components while maintaining a high sensitivity of quality - Drive and ensure Critical Direct Materials supplier with built-in quality from product development to mass production phases - Collaborate with manufacturing and RD engineers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention throughout the development process - Tracking, management and reporting for the assigned quality initiative programs - Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards
