In this role, you will:
Configure and manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales tools.Provide first-level support to about 70 users, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance.Design and maintain workflows, automation processes, sequences, and reports.Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest HubSpot features, digital marketing trends, and CRM best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.Serve as the liaison between business teams and developers: Translate business requirements into technical specifications; Collaborate on integrating HubSpot with other systems via APIs; Test and validate custom plugins and integrations.Ensure data integrity and maintain CRM data cleanliness.Train and onboard team members to optimize their use of HubSpot tools.
