【Key Roles & Responsibilities】
- HR planning aligned with the organization's objectives / budgeting
- Partner with Asia Pacific Cluster Head on HR Strategy and implementation
- Manage L&D/C&B/Payroll/Performance Review/Counselling
- Employee/Labor Relations management
- Play as a business partner with lines of business to help address people issues
- HR system management (Jade), SAP (HR4U)
- Annual KK Global performance management module for KKTW inclusive of performance management; talent management etc SAP (HR4U)
- Manage in accordance with Cluster Compensation & Benefits for KKTW including annual salary review; promotions; bonus recommendations
- Manage all relevant compliance with Taiwan payroll practices; including applicable social insurances; pension benefits programs; work calendars; leave practices and employee welfare policies
- Responsibility for internal Company policies (development; revision and retirement) to ensure alignment with Global and Cluster practices and Taiwan employment practices
- Promote HR4U operational approach
- Manage and execute monthly payroll for KKTW with zero compliance risks
