About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager to join a fast-growing Web3 team building a decentralized financial platform focused on lending, liquidity, and cross-chain asset management. The product is already gaining strong traction in its ecosystem and is now expanding toward a multi-chain DeFi infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle (strategy → execution → growth)
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams
- Define roadmap, write specs, and drive feature delivery
- Analyze user behavior and optimize product performance
- Support integrations and ecosystem partnerships
Persyaratan
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Product Manager experience (DeFi/blockchain preferred)
- Solid understanding of DeFi (lending, DEX, liquidity, cross-chain)
- Experience building and scaling complex products
- Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills
