Job Description

Support TA team in executing high-volume recruitment for Salesman and Field Operation positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines to ensure timely and quality hiring. Additionally, provide administrative support across recruitment documentation, candidate tracking, onboarding preparation, and employer branding activities.

1. Mass Recruitment Execution & Talent Pipeline (80%)
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for mass positions (Salesman, Field Operations) with a strong focus on hiring volume and speed.

  • Proactively source candidates via job boards (TopCV, Vieclam24h), social media, referral channels, and other available sources.

  • Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews based on defined criteria.

  • Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up closely with candidates to ensure high attendance and low drop-off rates.

  • Actively engage candidates throughout the hiring process to improve conversion rates.

  • Support organizing mass hiring activities (walk-in interviews, hiring days, offline recruitment events if any).

2. Recruitment Operations & Reporting (20%)
  • Update and manage candidate data on ATS and tracking files accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Track daily recruitment performance (CV volume, interview rate, offer rate, show-up rate, etc.).

  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process.


Yêu cầu công việc

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. 
  • Strong interest in recruitment, especially in high-volume / frontline hiring. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks & eager to learn. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Able to work at least 5 days per week. 
  • Experience with field sourcing or social media recruitment is an advantage.
