Senior - Product Executive, Expense Management

With the Expense Management product, MoMo aims to help users effortlessly track their finances (income, expenses, and cash flow) while providing insightful reports and analytics. This enables users to better understand their spending habits, optimize their budgets without compromising their lifestyle, and make informed decisions about borrowing and investing.As a Senior Product Executive, you will be responsible for designing and developing a wide range of features — from expense tracking and financial reporting to leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for personalized financial advice and spending predictions — helping users make smarter financial decisions.

• Take ownership of developing a Expense management feature that offers users manage their money more effectively. (Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển tính năng quản lý chi tiêu giúp người dùng quản lý tiền của họ một cách hiệu quả).
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and surveys to identify customer segmentation and journey, collect feedback to improve the product. (Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường, phỏng vấn khách hàng và khảo sát để xác định phân khúc và hành trình khách hàng, thu nhập phản hồi để cải tiến sản phẩm)
• Formulate a product vision and roadmap by prioritizing solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.(Sắp xếp độ ưu tiên các giải pháp, tính năng để phù hợp với nhu cầu khách hàng và mục tiêu kinh doanh để xây dựng tầm nhìn cũng như lộ trình sản phẩm).
• Work closely with the business and UI design teams to create wireframes, UI designs, user flows, and define system requirements to ensure that the product is aligned with the overall business goals and meets the needs of our customers. (Làm việc với nhóm kinh doanh và thiết kế để tạo wireframe, thiết kế UI, luồng người dùng và đặc tả nghiệp vụ hệ thống để đảm bảo sản phẩm phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh và đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng).
• Collaborate with the tech team during sprint planning to clarify requirements, test the product, and successfully launch new features together. (Hợp tác với nhóm phát triển phần mềm, lên kế hoạch theo từng sprint, làm rõ yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, nghiệm thu và xây dựng tính năng đúng thời hạn).
• Define product metrics and work with the data analysis team to create visualizations of the product health dashboard and reports.(Xác định các chỉ số đo lường sản phẩm và làm việc với nhóm phân tích dữ liệu để tạo ra các bảng dữ liệu và báo cáo sức khỏe sản phẩm.)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum Qualifications (education)
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Technical education background is a plus
• Experience:
• 3+ years  experience as a Senior product owner, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the personal financial management market and user needs.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and to make sound product decisions.
• Passion for building products that help people manage their money more effectively.
