Mô tả công việc

Experience Design

  • Own UX/UI for gamified engagement flows; craft seamless, intuitive, and delightful journeys that support conversion and retention.

  • Translate PO briefs into concrete solutions: flows, wireframe, UI layouts, states (empty/loading/error/success), and essential micro-interactions.

  • Apply gamification principles and habit loops; design for emotional connection, light interaction loops, and casual-game-inspired moments.

Validation, Measurement & Iteration

  • Run usability validations; leverage A/B tests and event tracking to evaluate impact and iterate quickly.

  • Use behavioral insights and data analytics to refine motivations, reduce friction, and clarify progression/reward logic.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Implementation

  • Partner closely with PO/BA/Developers/Researchers and 2D Game Artists to ensure feasibility, performance, and high-quality delivery.

  • Proactively facilitate ideation sessions and design reviews; manage priorities and communicate progress clearly.

  • Produce production-ready UI and specs; document edge cases; hand off cleanly and collaborate with QA to verify visual/behavioral quality.

Design System & Consistency

  • Create and maintain gamification components/patterns (quests, progress bars, reward cards, notifications) with event “skin” flexibility; standardize naming and states.

  • Contribute to cross-platform consistency and scalable UI frameworks; motion design/playful visual assets are a plus.

Live-ops & Team Development

  • Monitor post-launch signals (qual/quant), propose improvements, and support seasonal/campaign variants.

  • Share learnings, provide constructive critique, support junior designers, and improve documentation and team workflows.


Yêu cầu công việc

Must-Have:
  • 2+ years in digital product design (mobile preferred) or domains with gamification/mini-games.
  • Proficient in Figma familiarity with ProtoPie or AE+Lottie is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and data-informed mindset.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfortable with sprint/live-ops cadence.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with game mechanics such as reward loops, missions, daily streaks, or social challenge flows.
  • Skills in graphic design, illustration, or motion UI to enrich playful or emotionally engaging user interfaces.
