Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai sales target (volume) dan account booking sesuai yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Membangun relasi dengan konsumen dan mengidentifikasi prospek revenue yang baru.
  • Melakukan penjualan produk SME Moladin Finance kepada konsumen.
  • Menjaga kualitas booking agar mencapai standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.

Requirements

  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang SME atau Commercial Banking adalah wajib.
  • Memiliki integritas tinggi, kemampuan kerjasama yang baik dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan.
  • Memiliki komunikasi serta kemampuan negosiasi dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
  • Wajib memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan SIM C.
  • Tidak memiliki catatan kriminalitas.
