SR ENGINEER, ASSEMBLY & TEST CENTRAL QA

As a MEM Quality Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the quality engineering aspects of Micron external manufacturing subcontractor. The subcontractor may provide component assembly, memory module assembly or SSD assembly services to Micron.
Responsibilities
• Drive External Manufacturing alignment to Micron Quality Systems and requirements
• Deployment of Quality Systems, Programs and Initiative to External Manufacturing
• Drive Quality Improvement Projects
• Drive problem resolution, identify root cause, containment, corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate and participate in External Manufacturing Audits
• Coordinate response for Customer Request
• Manage External Manufacturing Change Control
• Drive External Manufacturing Sub-tier Supplier Quality Management
• Reporting of Weekly / Monthly Quality Metrics
職務需求
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Statistics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, related field of study
• 7+ years working in semiconductor assembly and memory module SSD manufacturing, preferably having Product Engineering or Process Integration experience
• 5+ years experience with Quality processes and procedures, preferably with a strong background in automotive products/automotive product specialist
• Strong in Data Analysis
• Proficient in SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology
