Responsibilities and Tasks:
•Timely oversee the production line status(Tool, WIP...) and cooperate for best production performance (Output, cycle time...)
•Analysis production related data and provide strategy dynamically to achieve Prod. related KPI Goal
•Continuously improvement such as workload reduction Lost time RPT OI scheduling Q-time control...ect.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.( Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide guide line priority to be focused by a given timeline)
‧ Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data.
‧ Demonstrated excellence in teambuilding, mentoring and coaching
