Position Overview:
As a new comer, you will embark on an ambitious journey in Taiwan to become a crucial part of our Engineering team. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work alongside world-class professionals, gaining hands-on experience and supplying to projects that impact the global market.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
*Establishing and improving process condition and technology.
*Upgrading process capability and reducing production cost.
*Establishing and modifying process management projects.
*Setting up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
*Evaluating, promoting, and planning new equipment and materials.
*Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of process engineering concepts and methodologies.

- Shift team should work rotating shifts (Day/Night; 4-3 or 3-4 schedule)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with process optimization techniques and tools.
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
