Bachelor’s degree or above in Science and Engineering–related, Safety and Health–related, (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering are preferred.)

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, construct, and maintain equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facility infrastructure.
• Develop and manage plans, budgets, and schedules for facility modifications, including cost estimates for equipment, labor, materials, and related expenses.
• Oversee coordination of building space allocation, layout planning, communication services, and facility expansion activities.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives within areas of expertise to support operational stability, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality performance and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and implement robust safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Apply strong project management and system integration skills to effectively coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Mandarin command a big plus.
