Thin Films Production Engineer Job Duties:
Production Engineer will be accountable for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.  

YOUR ROLE-

Environment, Health, Safety  
The Production engineer is accountable for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment.  
．Zero EHS incidents and continuous improvement on all safety and EHS matters. All EHS risks are correctly identified, evaluated, and corrected. 
．Conduct safety assessments and implement safety measures as needed. 
．Investigate and report any accidents or safety incidents. 

Quality and compliance 
The Production Engineer is accountable for developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications: 
．A culture and expectation of zero quality defects. All production related quality issues are correctly identified, evaluated, and corrected.  
．Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve quality issues. 
．Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet specified standards. 

Production Optimization 
Production Engineer partners with the Process Engineering, and other production team to: 
．Ensure all team members follow our principles to prioritize safety and quality above all. 
．Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall production output. 
．Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. 
．Identify opportunities for cost reduction in production processes without compromising quality. 
．Implement cost-effective measures and monitor budget adherence. 

Trouble shooting 
．Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. 
．Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address technical challenges and execute management of change.

確保遵守安全規範，推動安全文化。
．零EHS事故，並持續改善安全措施。
．正確識別、評估並改善所有EHS風險。
．進行安全評估並落實必要的防護措施。
．調查並報告任何意外或安全事故。

品質與合規
建立並執行品質管控流程，確保產品符合業界與客戶標準。
．落實零缺陷文化，及時處理生產相關的品質問題。
．與品質保證團隊合作，解決品質異常。
．監督並執行品質管控措施，確保產品符合規範。

生產優化
與製程工程師及生產團隊合作，確保安全與品質優先。
．分析並優化生產流程，提高效率、降低成本、提升產能。
．推動精實生產（Lean Manufacturing）與持續改善。
．在不影響品質的前提下，尋找降低生產成本的機會。
．監控預算執行情況，並落實成本控制。

問題排除
．調查並解決生產問題，分析根本原因並採取改善措施。
．與維修及工程團隊合作，解決技術問題並執行變更管理。

WHO YOU ARE-
．Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Material Science preferred. 
．Requires previous experience in a production or process engineering role experience (min. 5 years as a guide) 
Technical & Professional Knowledge:  
．Prefer candidates from chemical manufacturing background, and especially knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and quality expectations.
．Experience of hazard chemical handling is a plus. 
．Experience with distillation column operations and DCS/PLC control is required. 
．Have basic knowledge about setting the parameters in the DCS system and compiling DCS sequence.  
．High energy, creative, passionate, and self-motivated, someone who has a strong desire to succeed. 
．Good written and verbal communication skills in both native language and business English.

技術與專業知識：
．具化學製造背景者優先，熟悉半導體產業標準與品質要求尤佳。
．有危險化學品處理經驗者佳。
．需具備蒸餾塔操作及DCS/PLC控制相關經驗。
．具備DCS系統參數設定與DCS序列編寫的基本知識。
個人特質：

語言能力：
．具備良好的母語及商務英語書寫與口語溝通能力。
